Keep the uniform neat and clean at all times (including shoes).

Be in proper uniform for every game:

·       Cheer Uniform

·       BLACK spanx

·       Personalized Cheer Bow

·       Cheer Socks

·       WHITE shoes

 Fix hair and make-up in an appropriate manner:

·        Hair must be worn in a ponytail with your bow facing out, at all times. Hair should be worn in a nice, clean style. Per CYO rules, no metal clips are allowed.

·        Wearing some make-up (not excessive) is acceptable. Any type of glitter will not be allowed. 

No jewelry will be allowed during any cheerleading activity including practice, games, or any other scheduled events. This includes necklaces, rings, earrings or bracelets.
